Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging. Please note that used cleaning liquids may only be returned if they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tool components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
